The reason for being tired

It could be a number of reasons that we can enumerate in a little while but it is definitely a common complaint for people who lead an active lifestyle. Usually a common complaint without any foresight of the problem being tired can be connected to a number of health related issues or the lifestyle you are living.

·         The abundance of sleep

Many people thought it was the other way around but in fact it won’t eliminate being tired by sleeping more than the average 8 hours. Oversleeping deprives a person of activities that is connected to our daily lives and instead of giving you enough rest it makes you more tired and sluggish in the process. To better understand the sleeping process; the average cycle of sleep lasts around 4 hours, intermittently being awake in between that span would make you more sluggish than finishing the 4 hours. The best thing to do is to finish the 4 hour cycle then you can feel the results.

·         Nutrition and diet

This is an obvious factor deficiency in certain vitamin and mineral intake can cause a sluggish performance and a tired body.

You can point out an example in iron, being deprived of this nutrient leads to an assortment of problems like; malaise, anemia and exhaustion. Certain foods that contain a lot of sugar and too much fat also contribute in making a person always tired. Most of all don’t ever skip meals it is a sure way to make you weak and tired. To battle the effects of deprivation of nutrients one must have a balance diet to go with a balance lifestyle. By having a healthy diet you must incorporate the right food groups and the right set of vitamins and minerals if in case you are missing nutrients.

·         Caffeine cut

Calling all coffee lovers who want to get some energy back to the groove, definitely eliminating caffeine would be beneficial in cutting back sluggishness.

Caffeine races the heart to a higher level when the effects of caffeine stops so does your heart rate but along with it is fatigue and the sudden feeling of being tired. So don’t believe in the promotional ads that make coffee a power drink actually it has the opposite effect. The best thing to do is switching to decaffeinated coffee end of discussion.

·         Devoid of exercise

Being workaholic and focusing too much on the work can deprive you of exercise and without exercise it can lead to fatigue and always being tired.  Time can be adjusted so you can have some spare to do some quick exercises it is up to you how to free your time up believe me it is all worth it to get some semblance of exercise in your life.
